The Love Of NFL

A Tribute to the Jets Draft History

Posted by Gridiron Love inMad Love on Thursday, September 18, 2008

Have you ever wondered why the New York Jets haven’t been relevant since Super Bowl III?

I know they’re slowly marching back into the spotlight of a team who can legitimately compete with the elites, but for now I just want to give a bit of OLD SCHOOL LOVE to a team that’s always good for a laugh during the otherwise drawn out and dull NFL draft.

What’s great about this is the fact I really don’t need to add much, because the video does a phenomenal job of explaining why we’d take the time to show LOVE to a blunder. I mean passing on Dan Marino, that’s just classic!

Now to be fair, I figured I’d share my all time favorite draft-related video. Even though it’s quite recent, I think it qualifies for some OLD SCHOOL LOVE too, because we’ll always remember Cam Cameron and that draft for being a pivotal moment in the downfall of the Miami Dolphins franchise, and that my friends, should be as distant a memory as Zoobas!
